Terms of Service

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to anyone who books a session, buys a membership or a track, purchases merchandise, or otherwise uses the Deep Dripz Entertainment Studios website and services ("the Service").

2. Studio bookings

Recording, mixing, mastering, photography, videography, and studio hire are billed at the package rates shown on the Studio page and confirmed at booking. A booking is not confirmed until Deep Dripz staff confirm it — see your booking status on your account. Booking fees (where listed) are non-refundable. Studio hire session fees are paid on entry.

When online card payments are not available, booking fees, deposits, and session balances are collected in cash at the studio. Requesting a booking online still creates a pending request that the studio must confirm.

3. Membership and purchases

Membership is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. Track, video, and photo purchases are one-off and, once your payment is confirmed, grant you a personal license to stream and download that file — they are not transferable and do not grant any ownership or commercial rights in the recording or image. Fans and other uploaders may buy each other's downloads and merch; you cannot buy your own listing.

4. Content you upload

If you are an artist uploading tracks, photos, or video, you confirm you own or are licensed to use everything you upload, and you grant Deep Dripz the rights needed to host, stream, and sell it through the Service as agreed in your artist contract.

5. Full-track exclusivity

Full tracks released through Deep Dripz are exclusive to the Service — you may not upload the complete track to any other platform (streaming services, social media, etc.) while it's released with us. You're welcome, and encouraged, to post short previews of up to 45 seconds to 1 minute on other platforms to build your audience — just not the full song. Posting a full track elsewhere is a breach of your artist contract.

6. Artist merchandise fees

These merch shares apply to every roster uploader (anyone who joined as not a fan/listener), not only exclusive members. If you sell merchandise through Deep Dripz and we only sell and advertise it, you keep 85% of the merch sale price (we take 15%). If we design, sell, advertise, promote, manufacture, and ship it for you, you keep 60% of whatever you choose to sell it for (we take 40%). Shipping paid by the buyer is extra and is not part of that share. You choose which arrangement applies to each product before it's listed. Fans and other uploaders can buy each other's merch. Sale pages collect a shipping address and a billing address so we know where to send studio merch and uploader merch. Postage is quoted from the UK and changes with the buyer's country.

7. Uploader downloads

Each time a fan or another uploader buys a download of your track, video, or photo, you receive £2.50. That applies to every roster uploader, not only exclusive members. Membership streams are not paid per play. 8. Exclusive members

Uploaders who take out a contract with Deep Dripz become exclusive members and receive 33% off studio and production session fees (recording, mixing, mastering, photography, videography, and studio hire session fees). Booking fees and the studio-hire deposit stay as published. Contracted members who save a shipping address also receive Deep Dripz Entertainment merch posted to them. 9. Account and conduct

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend or close accounts used for abuse, fraud, or repeated policy violations.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "last updated" date.

11. Official identity

The official name of this studio and website is Deep Dripz Entertainment Studios. We are not affiliated with Dripz Bar, dropday, Mundy Empire Music Production, Apex Studio, Apex Masterpieces, or other companies whose flyers or studio photos may appear in Google or Instagram results labelled as Deep Dripz.
