Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Based on what this Service actually stores today:

• Account info: legal name (visible only to Deep Dripz admin), stage name if you join as a roster creative (the name fans see in public), email, a securely hashed password, a photo of you from signup (you can replace it in My account), and who you say you are at signup (fan, artist, musician, producer, engineer, beat maker, composer, creative director, or DJ).
• Booking details: service type, date/time, duration, and any notes you add.
• Purchase and membership records when online payments are enabled, including Stripe payment references (we never see or store your card number — Stripe handles that directly). Cash payments at the studio may be recorded as paid/unpaid on your booking without card details.
• Content you upload if you're an artist: audio files, cover art, photos, video.
• Reviews you submit, pending moderation before they're shown publicly.
• Country-level audience stats when you stream music or subscribe (we store a country code such as GB — never your IP address or GPS).
• We count visits to see how busy the site is (unique visitors and page views per UK day). That uses a short-lived, one-way hash of technical request details — we do not store your IP address, we do not use this to identify you, and we do not sell this data.
• Optional gender and age range if you choose to share them (male, female, non-binary, trans, or they; age bands such as 18–24, not a date of birth). Uploaders and admins only see anonymous percentages of who is listening — never your name tied to those answers.
• Shipping and billing addresses when you buy merch (or save them on My account), so we can post studio merch and uploader merch. Contracted exclusive members can also save a shipping address for a Deep Dripz Entertainment merch pack.
• UK bank payout details if you're on the roster (account holder name, branch, sort code, and account number). Sort code and account number are stored encrypted and used only to pay you by transfer — we don't collect card numbers for payouts.

2. How we use it

To operate the Service: process bookings and payments, deliver purchased/streamed content to the right account, ship merch, recognise you from the photo on your account, moderate reviews, show artists and admins anonymous country, gender, and age-range audience stats (percentages only), count daily site visits so the studio can see how busy the site is, deliver in-app messages, tell the studio whether you joined as a fan or as a creative, pay roster creatives by bank transfer, and run the dashboards that keep the business running.

3. Who we share it with

When online card payments are enabled: Stripe (payment processing). Always: our cloud storage provider (hosting uploaded audio, images, and video). We don't sell your data, and we only share beyond that when the law requires it.

4. Optional page translation

The Languages bar at the top of the site can translate the page you are viewing (including artist-written bios, titles, and other uploaded text) into another language. If you pick a language other than English, that uses Google Translate: the visible page text is sent to Google so it can be translated. We store your language choice in a first-party cookie on this site so it stays selected as you browse. English is the default and no translation request is made unless you choose another language. This is not advertising and is not Google Analytics.

5. Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting deepdripzentertainment@proton.me. You can change or clear your optional gender and age answers anytime in My account, and replace the photo of you there too. Deleting your account removes your personal details but may retain anonymized records needed for financial/tax record-keeping.
